    Sent on the 8th of February, 2011
    Charged $10 fee for the service plus 15% tip. One hr after we ordered they called and said it would be another 20 min. An hour later we called the restaurant and they said the guy had picked up the food. I called mealonthemove and they said the restaurant was late making the food. The driver arrived 10 min later and said traffic was bad. Unapologetic. Food was cold. A terrible experience all around. Wish I had checked out these reviews
